2007 AAU REGION VIII MEET ENTRY NOTICE
All coaches must have their AAU Cards with them to enter the meet without any charge. Coaches who do not bring their AAU Cards will be charged the standard admission fee. Two high jump pits will be used during the high jump competition. All pole vaulters are required to bring their Verification Forms to their competition.
Entries postmarked after June 19th or received after June 21st will not be accepted. You may turn in your Region VIII Entry Forms at your District meet. Should you choose to mail the entry forms they must be postmarked by June 19th or sent overnight to be received by June 21st.
Missouri Valley District athletes must turn in all entry forms at the AAU Missouri Valley District Championship meet.
All relay members must fill out individual entry forms along with their team's relay entry forms. Multi-event athletes must also fill out the Multi-event entry form in order to compete at the Region VIII Multi-Event competition.
POLE VAULTER ENTRIES: All pole vaulters & decathletes must fill out and sign their weight verification document before arriving to compete.
REGISTRATION NOTE: Before submitting your entries, all information written on the entry forms must be completely legible. All teams must alphabetize their entries by last name and must submit their individual entry forms along with their relay forms. All teams must submit their team roster with each athlete's event(s) on the spreadsheet provided. The spreadsheet will allow us to double check all team entries.
